Traditional screen printing and contemporary digital printing methods both lend their unique qualities of quick and easy reproducibility to the dissemination of political and culturally critical messages. I blend techniques, often designing a poster digitally before printing an edition by hand. I gravitate toward themes of questioning gender norms and fostering hope for the future, even in the midst of a grim present.
